A non-refundable consultation fee is required to formally initiate your custom garment project with Thee Fashioneer, LLC. This investment secures your placement in our design calendar and covers the strategic direction, expertise, and creative development required to begin your concept.

Services are considered rendered upon payment; therefore, the consultation fee is non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or dispute.

The Consultation Deposit does not include graphic design services. It is intended for clients who would like to schedule a meeting to discuss their custom garment project while providing their own completed design and finalized artwork.

Clients are responsible for submitting all production-ready artwork, including custom logos and specialty graphics, unless a separate design service is selected. All files must meet required production specifications.

If finalized artwork is not provided, the consultation deposit will not be credited toward the final garment balance.

Design Service Options

Partial Design Service
Ideal for clients who have an established vision and require refinement, layout enhancement, and professional preparation of provided elements for production.

Full Design Service
Designed for clients seeking complete creative direction. This service includes full mock-up development, production-ready artwork creation, and comprehensive design execution from concept to final presentation.

Clients requiring custom illustration, advanced graphics, or detailed production artwork must select one of the above design services.

If complete, finalized artwork is provided and no consultation or creative development is required, the consultation fee will be applied as a non-refundable production deposit toward the final garment balance.

Thee Fashioneer, LLC collaborates intentionally to ensure each piece reflects both your vision and our standard of craftsmanship. Once design approval and final payment are received, your garment is submitted to our trusted production partners for execution.
