A non-refundable consultation fee is required to initiate the design process for your custom garment. This fee covers the time, expertise, preliminary meeting, and/or labor associated with creating the initial mock-up and concept development. It is non-refundable under any circumstance, including client cancellation or disputes, as services are rendered upon payment.

The consultation fee does not include detailed graphic design services beyond the initial mock-up. If advanced graphic work is required, the client will be responsible for additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

If client is providing their own design and final artwork + didn’t require meetings, or additional services, this fee will instead serve as a deposit and apply to final jacket costs.

By submitting the consultation fee, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Thee Fashioneer, LLC will collaborate closely with you to develop a mock-up that aligns with your vision. Once you approve the design, your garment will be submitted to our trusted production partners.
